Japanese Food Businesses in Hong Kong
The Conference on ‘Japanese Food Businesses in Hong Kong,’ hosted by the Department of Japanese Studies, the Research Centre for Comparative Japanese Studies and the Centre for International Business Studies of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, was held on 11 June 2016. At the event, Mr. Masaaki Ogino, Chairman of City Super Ltd.; Mr. David Mong, CEO of Shun Hing Group; Prof. Yoshiko Nakano, the University of Hong Kong; and Prof. Reijiro Aoyama, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University shared their perspectives on the impact of Japanese food businesses on Hong Kong people’s consumer choices and lifestyles.
