Job Duties: |

- HR & Administration execution and management (including Payroll & MPF; Recruitment & Contract renewal)
- Filing and record maintenance
- Assisting the organization of various internal and external activities for students and members (Eg. Exam; cultural activities)
- Arranging routine meetings for directors/members and taking meeting minutes (including AGM)
- Prepare budget and expenditure reports for particular activities

Skills Required: |
- 3-year working experience or above, preferably in a secretarial position in any sectors or any positions in educational sector.
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Language related disciplines
|
Language Requirement: |
- Good at Chinese and English reading and writing
- Japanese-speaking is not a MUST but preferred
|
Other Requirement: |
- Detail-minded and responsible
|
Salary and Benefits: |
Salary: 25K-28K
