Project Co-ordinator II
The appointee will be responsible for (a) managing M.A. Programme promotion, admissions, budget, administration and related matters; (b) handling administration tasks related to student career planning and internship programme; (c) providing support for M.A. students and related activities; (d) handling summer exchange programmes; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned by the Department.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years’ work experience; (iii) an excellent command of English and Chinese; (iv) passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N1 or equivalent; (v) a pleasant personality with good communication skills and team spirit; (vi) a strong sense of responsibility; (vii) good organisational and problem-solving skills; (viii) self-motivation, and a mature and meticulous work attitude; and (ix) the ability to work independently and multitask within tight deadlines. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
