Project Co-ordinator II
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years’ work experience; (iii) a good command of English and Chinese; (iv) passed Level N1 in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test or equivalent; (v) a pleasant personality with good communication skills and team spirit; and (vi) the ability to work independently.  Fresh graduates may also be considered.  Duties include (a) handling administrative tasks related to student career planning and internship programmes; (b) providing clerical support for the General Office; (c) taking care of M.A. Programme's promotion, admissions, administration and related matters; (d) providing support for M.A. students; (e) handling summer exchange programmes; and (f) performing other tasks as assigned by the Department Chairman.  Appointment will be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
